• Providing customer service to current and potential clients across Greater China, ensuring a high standard of communication, technical guidance on standards, and support on trademark/logo use.
• Supporting basic operational tasks such as processing documentation, handling data entry, preparing supplier invoices, and helping the operation team as needed.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and helping clients navigate certification requirements.
• Consistently apply Preferred by Nature's technical protocols to ensure quality and compliance in every project you handle.
Within one year, you will:
• Begin identifying potential new clients while supporting the growth of your own portfolio.
• Expand your expertise by working across different programs or geographies within Preferred by Nature.
• Set an example within the team by demonstrating strong ethics, accountability, and a continued commitment to sustainability.
Important that you:
• Are registered as a CFCC auditor under CCAA

• Are comfortable using digital tools for documentation, audits, and reporting
• Are willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, both nationally and across East Asia
