职位概述

The ICCT is looking for an intern to join our office in Beijing, working to support the transition of the transport sector to zero-emission technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the nonprofit sector.

岗位职责Responsibilities

Contribute to research projects that analyze and communicate the status of environmental transportation policies adopted in China.Support conducting statistical analysis under guidance from ICCT's research staff.Support report translation and outreach material drafting works.Deliver ad-hoc tasks as needed.

资质及能力要求Required Skills and Experiences

Be in the 3rd or 4th year of the undergraduate or 1st year of graduate study in automobile engineering, environmental sciences, or other related disciplines.Knowledge of automobile technology and experience of relevant projects is preferred.Microsoft Office knowledge.Excellent research, analytical, and quantitative skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with databases using statistical languages/softwares such as R, Python and Tableau, while proficiency of R language is a plus.Proficiency of English and Chinese.Ability to work 4 days per week (at least 30 hr per week) with a duration of 6-12 months.

The internship contract will have a duration of 6 months, with potential extension to 12 months. You will work in our Beijing office and report to our China heavy duty vehicle program staff. ICCT will provide a laptop and other office equipment as needed.
