工作地点：北京/上海

工作职责：负责支持机构在中国区项目的全流程管理与执行，通过统筹项目推进、合作伙伴及跨部门协作，确保各项工作高效开展并符合机构相关要求。主要职责包括：协调项目及相关协议的日常管理与执行，推动预算、报告及结项工作的规范开展；完善并落实项目管理流程与系统，强化风险控制与合规管理；建立并维护与内部团队、国际成员及合作伙伴的沟通机制，确保信息高效流转；参与合作伙伴管理与能力建设，支持本土合作关系的规范化与可持续发展；统筹审计与风险管理相关工作，提升整体管理水平；在紧急响应中提供支持，助力相关工作的有序推进与落实。
