





Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator defines, adapts, plans, and supervises the implementation of HR policies across the mission, ensuring alignment with the local context, operational challenges, and MSF’s strategic HR vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR and administrative matters across the mission, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, MSF’s HR vision, and the Responsible Employer framework
- Advise the Coordination Team on job profiles, organizational charts, and decision-making structures
- Define HR strategies to ensure the mission has the necessary capacities and competencies (short-, mid-, and long-term)
- Develop and implement local HR policies, adapting MSF standards to the mission context
- Act as the technical referent for all HR and administrative issues (recruitment, contracts, remuneration, team management, etc.)
- Ensure proper implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labor market and lead benchmarking studies when needed
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and documents comply with national labor laws
- Represent MSF in meetings with authorities and other NGOs on HR and administrative matters
Requirements
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in HR management
- At least 2 years of MSF or equivalent NGO experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent diplomatic and communication skills
- Must be able to speak French or have at least B1-level proficiency
- Availability for 12 to 24 months per assignment
