要求：

• 数字营销、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位。

• 5 年以上网站开发、数字营销或相关工作经验。

• 精通网络开发语言、内容管理系统、用户体验/用户界面设计原则和网络分析工具。

• 出色的领导、沟通和利益相关者管理技能。

• 要求英语接近母语水平（英语专业八级或雅思 7.0-8.0 分或托福100 分以上或 GRE 320 分）；最好能熟练掌握其他语言。

Website Manager / Digital Assets Manager

Salary: 13k to 16k/month

Responsible for maintaining the ICF’s digital platforms, ensuring the accessibility and usability of digital assets while also supporting the Federation’s broader communications strategy.

• Maintain a central archive of videos, photos, and historical resources.

• Support the digitalisation of records to preserve the sport’s heritage.

• Enhance the usability and visibility of the ICF website.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise content for online campaigns.

• Ensure the accessibility of digital assets for stakeholders.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in website development, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Expertise in web development languages, content management systems, UX/UI design principles, and web analytic tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Native or near-native English proficiency (TEM-8 or IELTS 7.0-8.0 or TOEFL 100 or GRE 320); proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
