





Position:
intern in Shenzhen
Internship duration and location:
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Weekdays 9:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break), able to work at least 3 days per week
Location;
Shenzhen: Nan Yuan Commercial Building, Longhua District, Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities:
·Support project implementation, including onsite assessment, monitoring surveys, and supporting onsite training;
·Support communication and coordination with project stakeholders, including factory managers, external partners, and etc.;
·Support project monitoring and evaluation work, including translating survey questionnaires, distributing, and monitoring surveys, telephone interviews, onsite interviews, data collation and analysis, etc.;
·Assist the translation of project materials, desktop research, and drafting project reports;
·Complete other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
·Able to travel
·Educational: business, sociology, anthropology or public policy and other related backgrounds preferred;
·Stable internship hours, must be able to work at least 3 days per week; proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other Office software;
·Proficiency in English, both reading and writing;
·Strong communication skills, time management skills and ability to work independently;
·Be responsible and patient in work, self-starter and a quick learner
·Experience in research, consulting, NGO projects, and community work is an asset.
