





Potential Position: Intern, Corporate Communications
Location: Beijing, China
Duration: from now on till end of September, with possibility to extend
SUMMARY:
The Intern is responsible for supporting Corporate Communications Manager on developing strategy, editing monthly brief report, updating working scheme, and organizing corporate communications events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in coordination for developing Corporate Communications Strategy and logistics support related.
· Support editing monthly report of Global Insight, collecting information and conducting simply data analysis.
· Assist in updating working scheme for Corporate Communications, including research on available materials.
· Support Corporate Communications/ office-wide events, such as communications trainings, China Week, etc.
· Assist in compiling and editing English-language and bilingual content for external and internal communications.
· Facilitate communication between the Corporate Communications team and other programs and departments.
· Provide flexible support on ad-hoc research, translations, or communications projects as needed, with room for growth depending on performance and interests.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Education: senior undergraduate or current postgraduate, majoring in Communications or Journalism.
· Experience/Interest: deep interest and basic knowledge in international situation, climate change, energy transition, low carbon development or other related fields.
· Language: native level Chinese language skills required; strong command of written and spoken English.
· Others: team spirit; can-do attitude; basic problem-solving and communications skills.
