• 了解奥林匹克运动，具有支持重大体育赛事的经验者优先。

• 要求英语接近母语水平（英语专业八级或雅思 7.0-8.0 分或托福100 分以上或 GRE 320 分），掌握其他语言者优先。

• 在项目管理方面有成功经验，包括开发网络技术和软件平台以实现最佳可用性。

Salary:13k to 16k/month

As a regional ambassador for paddle sports, this role focuses on strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and addressing region-specific challenges to drive growth and development.

• Lead the execution of regional development initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Strengthen relationships with federations, governments, and sports organizations.

• Address region-specific challenges by tailoring solutions that align with global goals.

• Act as a regional ambassador for paddle sport, promoting ICF’s vision and events.

• Support high-performance hubs to enhance athlete training and competition readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management, business reporting, data analytics, and digital delivery.

• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, data visualization tools, and digital analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of the Olympic Movement and experience supporting major sporting events are advantageous.

• Native or near-native English proficiency (TEM-8 or IELTS 7.0-8.0 or TOEFL 100 or GRE 320); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Demonstrated success in project management, including developing web technologies and software platforms for optimal usability.

• Strong track record of meeting deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

• Effective collaboration with all levels of management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent presentation skills.
