职位说明Position Summary

中国伙伴关系与公益推广专员, 该职位将涉及组织的生命关怀教育项目的讯息传递，并结合品牌传播, 维护既有与开发新的个人支持和企业或政府单位等多元性的伙伴关系，进而透过实物支持或直接捐款支持， 寻求对公益项目的推广和支持。

Partnership and Outreach Officer the role will involve communicating the organization's Caring for Life educational programs and, in conjunction with the brand message, maintaining existing and developing new partnerships with individuals, corporations, and government bodies to seek to support and promote the cause through donations or kind support.

向直属主管中国运营总监汇报工作，每周汇报进展、并根据需要进行更新，包括向位于国外的国际团队提供数据、资料和故事。

Report to Line Manager,  reporting on progress, concerns and successes through weekly updates as required, including providing data and writing stories for the global communications team, who are based in the UK.  

工作地点 : 上海办公室，根据需求出差各地

Work Location: Shanghai office. Travel as required.

主要职责 :

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· 协助维护ACTAsia行动亚洲的中文版官网，协助宣传部门在不同自媒体平台的内容制作和更新。

To regularly update ACTAsia’s Chinese website and support the Communication Department in content creation and update.

· 策划和创作面向大众和捐款人的传播素材，如新闻稿、文章、照片、示意图、影片和出版物。  

To plan, and creat contents of communication  materials for the general public and donors such as press releases, articles, photographs, illustrations, videos and publications.

· 制作对外募款及赞助专案的企划相关书⾯资料，含项⽬介绍、影片、合作内容资料等。

To produce in the production of planning documents and materials related to external fundraising and sponsorship projects, including project introductions, videos, cooperation content materials, etc.

· 撰写对外宣传组织和项目内容的演讲稿及各项宣传材料。

Writes speeches and creates various promotional materials to promote the organisation and project content externally.

· 组织特定的合作或开发新的、富有创意的筹款活动，包含活动的筹备和执行

To deliver specific partnership collaboration and develop new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve organising events

· 向组织的小额和主要支持者建立沟通频道和定期发布内容，进而建立关系。

To prepare and create sustainable content to communicate with the organisation’s individual supporters and major donors regularly。

· 负责维护和建立与企业赞助商的关系，为项目争取实物或捐款支持。

Responsible to maintain and establish the relationship with corporate sponsors in ordert to obtain in kind or donation supports for ACTAsia’s projects.

· 与项目部们合作撰写筹款提案。

To work with project department to write fundraising proposals.

· 代表ACTAsia行动亚洲参加其他组织的会议和活动，并根据内部共识依据指示向媒体发言。

Represent ACTAsia at other organisations’ meetings, events: e.g. conferences; and speak to the media as directed.

· 管理和更新数据库，记录捐赠者的联系方式和偏好信息

To manage and update databases to record donor contact and preference information

· 依据需求独立工作或与其他同事合作。

To work independently or in collaboration with other colleagues as required.

· 撰写项目年度计划，包括预算和执行方案。

To prepare project proposals including, budget and implementation for the year ahead.
