0-8岁儿童早期发展项目

儿童生命早期是一个充满希望和快速发展的时期，这一时期发育中的大脑最容易受到早期刺激、早期经验和家庭环境的影响。为支持受人口流动影响的0-8岁儿童，包括留守儿童和流动儿童、以及残障儿童能够通过游戏充分发挥他们的潜力，国际救助儿童会（英国）北京代表处（以下称“救助儿童会”）于2023年4月至2026年3月计划在以下四个项目区域：云南省、上海市、贵州省、安徽省、四川省实施为期三年的儿童早期发展项目。

Early Steps to Success (ESS) Phase II Project

The first years of a child’s life are a time of great promise and rapid change, when the developing brain is most open to the influence of relationships, stimulation, and experiences. To support children aged 0-8 affected by population migration, including left-behind children and migrant children, as well as disabled children, could realize their full potential through play, Save the Children plans to implement the 3-year project of Early Steps to Success (ESS) Phase II in the following four project areas from April 2023 to March 2026: Yunnan Province, Shanghai, Guizhou Province, Anhui Province, and Sichuan Province.

为0-8岁儿童早期发展项目云南省500名一线教师提供专业培训。

Purpose

This consultant will support to deliver professional training for front-line preschool teachers in Yunnan province.

顾问任务

n 1名：提供围绕“师幼互动”话题的专业培训；

n 1名：提供围绕“家长沟通”话题的专业培训；

n 1名：提供围绕“自主游戏组织与实施”话题的专业培训；

n 1名：提供围绕“课程建设”话题的专业培训。

Consultant Tasks

n 1 trainer: deliver training about “Teacher-Child Interaction”;

n 1 trainer: deliver training about “Communication with Parents”;

n 1 trainer: deliver training about “Free play”;

n 1 trainer: deliver training about “Building Curriculum based on Children’s needs and interest”.

l 学前教育专业背景优先；
