Job Summary 职位简介
The Child Care Manager will manage the ayi staff and resources needed to provide loving care to the very sick, abandoned babies and children in the Butterfly Home. 儿童护理经理负责管理班组阿姨（护理阿姨和后勤阿姨），并为遭遗弃的重病婴儿和孩子提供基本的关爱和看护 The Child Care Manager will work with the Chinese Director to recruit ayis, ensure all resources are available for the children and high standards of child care are maintained. 儿童护理经理协助蝴蝶之家的中心主任进行招聘阿姨工作，以确保提供给孩子们的资源足够及看护能维持在高水平。
Responsibilities 职责 The Child Care Manager is responsible for: 儿童护理经理必须对以下事项负责：
1. Leading the ayis and setting good example of behaviour and attitude 在阿姨中树立好的行为和态度的榜样
2. Building good teams of ayis 建立良好的团队
3. Monitoring the standards of child care given by the Ayis and correcting poor performance 监督班组中的阿姨们提供的护理是符合要求的，并纠正不良行为
4. Planning the shift rotas and ensuring staff are available to care for the children 计划班组的轮班，并确保每位组员都可以很好的照顾到孩子
5. Together with the Ayis ensure the children always have clean, good quality and appropriate clothing 协助班组阿姨确保孩子是干净的，并穿着质量好及适合的衣服
6. Ensure each child has a safe and healthy daily routine appropriate to their health and stage of development 确保孩子有着安全和健康的生活，使他们的日常管理符合其健康状况和发展阶段
7. Monitor each child’s nutrition and discuss any problems with the Head Nurse or medical staff 监察每位孩子的营养水平，并与护理主任或医疗人员讨论所遇到的问题
8. Ensure all equipment used for the care of the children is safe, clean and in good working condition 确保看护孩子的每件设备都是安全，干净，并处于良好的状态 9. Bring any areas of concern to the notice of the Head Nurse 向护理主任汇报需要关注的事情
10. Teaching new Ayis and providing annual updates of care 培训新来的阿姨，并提供每年即时更新的护理
11. Help to monitor the performance of all volunteers when they are providing services for children to ensure children’s safety 协助监察为孩子提供服务的志愿者的行为表现,以确保孩子的安全和陪护质量
12. Maintain a good stocking system for all disposable child care items (e.g. nappies and bath equipment) 建立良好的儿童用品存货机制（例如尿片和洗浴设备）
Person Specification 个人要求
Qualifications/Experience 资历/经验
• Educated to degree level 具有大专以上学历
• Fluent bi-lingual speaker (English/Mandarin) 能讲流利的英语和中文
• Must have some experience of child care and be able to demonstrate knowledge of normal child development 具有一定儿童护理经验，并能展示对正常儿童发育的知识
• Ideally have experience of teaching or must be able to teach 具有教学经验或者有能力教学
• Must have some experience of managing a team 具有团队管理经验
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability 具有领导能力
