Job Summary职位简介 The Early Education Ayi works as part of the team to ensure the provision of developmentally appropriate and fun activities to enrich the children’s lives in the Butterfly Home. The Early Education Ayi will act as both teacher and role model to other staff and volunteers in the Butterfly Home. 早教阿姨作为蝴蝶之家工作团队里一份子，主要负责确保蝴蝶之家孩子们拥有适合他们成长阶段的游戏，为孩子们安排开展丰富有趣的活动。 早教阿姨在蝴蝶之家除扮演老师这个角色以外，同时也为其他员工和志愿者们提供与孩子互动的示范。 Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责 Direct Early Education work 游戏的指导工作 1. Ensure that a wide range of creative and enjoyable activities are offered. 确保为孩子们提供广泛且寓教于乐的游戏活动。 2. Ensure that Early Education meets the full range of children"s individual and group needs 确保早教游戏活动能够满足单个孩子和整个团体各个方面的需求。 Activity Planning 活动策划 1. Ensure that all children’s individual play needs are assessed and reviewed regularly 确保对每个孩子进行一对一的早期教育学习活动，并且定期给于评估，撰写学习报告手册。 2. Provide safe, creative and developmentally appropriate toys and Early Education opportunities 为每个孩子提供能够发展孩子的创造力且安全适合他（她）成长需求的玩具，让每个小孩都得到早教的机会。 3. Prepare and lead group activities 安排并且引导集体活动。 4. Organise and arrange toys and equipment to encourage their use 分类并且安排安置各种玩具和游戏设施，并鼓励孩子们正确使用。 5. Rotate toys available to the children. 定期更换适合孩子们的玩具。 6. Encourage staff and children to participate in activities. 鼓励员工和孩子们一起加入到游戏活动中。 Care of children 护理关怀孩子 1. Teach and supervise volunteers and other staff members in the different activities and ways of Early Educationing 指导并引导志愿者和其他员工以不同的方式参与对孩子的早期教育的游戏活动。 2. Ensure that activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner 确保活动以一个安全可行的方式并时刻负责其安全进行。 3. Make good records of development and Early Education techniques used for each child. 为每个孩子记录学习进展信息和对每个孩子所运用的早教技巧。 4. Check all toys are safe and clean for use at all times. 经常检查玩具的安全状况和干净程度。 Other 其他要求 1. Immediately bringing any problems about the children or other concerns to the attention of the Head Nurse or Shift Supervisor Ayi 及时向护士长或者当班的班长阿姨报告所注意到的孩子的异常情况和问题。 2. Keeping herself, her uniform and the environment clean and tidy 保持个人卫生，制服以及游戏环境的干净整洁。 3. Attending mandatory training for fire and other important matters 参加消防演习培训和其他重要培训。 4. Attend training in Beijing and liaise with Gymboree Teachers for training and advice 参加北京金宝贝早教中心的培训，与那里的老师保持联系，征询建议。 5.
