一、项目背景

近年来，卫健策略持续拓展中国公共卫生领域的工作，为了寻找从事中/英文翻译的优秀译员和专业团队支持我们的项目工作，现发布如下启事。

I. Background
Vital Strategies continues to expand its public-health work across China, the organization has required the support of outstanding Chinese/English translators and professional translation teams. The following solicitation is therefore issued.

二、工作范围

为国际会议、培训、访谈等提供优质的口译服务.

• 同声传译，交替传译，陪同口译，远程会议口译

• 配套设施：同传设备租赁、现场技术支持

为各种格式的文件资料提供优质的笔译服务  

• 文字转换，编辑排版，后续修改服务

II. Scope of Services

Provide high-caliber interpreting services for international conferences, training sessions, interviews and other events:

• Simultaneous interpreting, Consecutive interpreting, Escort / liaison interpreting, Remote interpreting on online platforms

• Supporting services: simultaneous interpretation equipment rental and on-site technical support

Deliver premium translation services for documents in all formats:

• Accurate text conversion, Professional editing and desktop publishing (DTP),  Post-delivery revisions

三、资格要求

• 翻译机构须在中国境内注册并持有合法有效的营业执照。

• 工作范围包括但不限于项目管理、翻译质量控制、沟通联络及客户资料保密等。

• 所推荐译员须具备十年以上专业翻译经验，并在公共卫生领域有实际项目经历。

• 翻译机构应遵守中国网络安全与个人信息保护相关法律法规，认同卫健策略的愿景与目标；优先考虑已接受《合作方个人信息保护政策》及《与烟草业的隶属关系政策》（见附件）的机构。

• 同等条件下，拥有国际组织合作经验者优先。

III. Eligibility Criteria

• The translation company must be legally registered in China and hold a valid business license.

• Capabilities must cover project coordination, quality control, client communication, and strict confidentiality.

• All recommended interpreters must have ≥ 10 years of professional experience and demonstrable expertise in public health.

•Providers must comply with all PRC laws on cyber-security and personal-data protection, and must share Vital Strategies’ vision and goals. Preference will be given to firms that accept our “Partner Personal-Data Protection Policy” and “Policy on Ties to the Tobacco Industry” (see attachments).

 •International collaboration experience preferred.

四、提交材料  

• 营业执照（加盖公章）

• 推荐译员的简历和资格证书，公共卫生领域工作经历介绍，与国际组织合作经历等材料；

• 各项服务的收费明细及收费标准

IV. Submission Requirements

•Business license (with official company chop)

•CVs and credentials of recommended interpreters, including public-health experience and history of collaboration with international organizations

•Detailed price schedule for all services listed in Section II

•申请截止时间：所有材料请于2025年8月10日前提交。

六、面试和测试

•翻译机构需通过资格资质审核

•推荐译员将通过面试和测试甄选

VI. Evaluation & Testing
•Companies will first pass a qualification review.
•Recommended interpreters will be selected through interviews and translation tests.

七、关于卫健策略

卫健策略是一个在世界超过80个国家开展公共卫生项目、惠及20多亿人的国际公共卫生组织。本组织针对有挑战性的重大公共卫生问题，与各国政府合作，遵循循证与创新的原则，为各国公共卫生系统和政策的完善、卫生项目的实施提供技术和资金支持。卫健策略于2018年8月在中国山东省正式注册并设立济南代表处，其主管单位为山东省公安厅，业务主管单位为山东省卫生健康委员会，业务面向中国大陆地区。

Vital Strategies is an international public health organization that conducts public health programs in more than 80 countries around the world, benefiting more than 2 billion people. Our organization addresses major public health challenges, cooperates with governments, and adopts evidence-based and innovative approaches to provide technical and financial support for improvement of public health systems and policies and implementation of health programs. Vital Strategies is registered locally in Shandong province, and established the Jinan Representative Office in August 2018, which is overseen by the Public Security Department of Shandong Province. Its service is overseen by the Health Commission of Shandong Province, and covers China's mainland.
