Greetings from Beijing, The JUMP! Foundation China hub is gearing up for an INSPIRING, EMPOWERING, and ENGAGING program season. We have many exciting opportunities to JUMP! in Beijing, Suzhou, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You are receiving this email because you have either shown an interest in facilitating or you have been referred as someone who would be an excellent JUMP! Facilitator on our fall programs. What are JUMP! Facilitators? JUMP! Facilitators are passionate educators and life-long learners who design and deliver life-changing experiential programs for youth around the world. Facilitators understand that participant insight and discovery are at the heart of the facilitation process. By creating safe spaces where participants experience growth and challenge, JUMP! Facilitators are armed with tools, activities and questions to empower participants to create their own experience. How do you become a JUMP! Facilitator? JUMP! Facilitator Trainings are the first step to joining our JUMP! Facilitator network, which opens the door for many incredible opportunities to work on J! programs as well as build a repertoire of skills useful to daily personal and professional interactions. Training sessions are offered to interested and desirable candidates for free with lunch included on both days​, however you must provide your own transportation and accommodation to/in Beijing, in order to participate. We are excited to host a training session in early December and January and we're officially inviting you to join us. The training will be held on Sat. December 5 & Sun. Dec. 6 and Sat. Jan. 16 & Sun. Jan. 17. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your toolkit as an educator, facilitator, mentor, or manager. ​ What is required for the Facilitator Training? All that is required of you is to be passionate about improving your skills as a facilitator and for you to get to Beijing December 5 & 6 or January 16 & 17. You are required to be prepared for a fun weekend of learning and skill building, with many opportunities to network with dynamic, interesting, like-minded people. ​ How do I register? There are 2 steps to register: 1. J! This will give you introductory exposure to J! Facilitation and programming, which will hopefully answer questions that you may have regarding whether J! Facilitation training is right for you.
