China Nonprofit Leadership Cohort — Technical Assistance Program 中国非营利组织发展能力团队培训 — 技术支持项目（2015年1月30截止） A. Program Description 项目说明 Asia Catalyst is a nonprofit organization that provides capacity-building training and coaching to Asian grassroots Nonprofits and community organizations in organizational management, research and policy skills. 亚洲促进会是一家非营利组织，主要面向亚洲非营利社区组织提供机构管理、研究和政策建议等方面的能力建设培训和辅导。 Asia Catalyst is now accepting applications from nonprofit grassroots organizations in China working on health rights for the new Nonprofit Leadership Cohort Program of the year 2015. The Nonprofit Leadership Cohort is an intensive one-year capacity-building program aimed at building skills in organizational management through hands-on workshops, peer support and individualized coaching. 亚洲促进会“中国非营利组织发展能力团队培训”2015年项目现开始接受中国从事于健康权益的社区非营利组织申请。中国非营利组织发展能力团队培训是为期一年的密集型培训项目，旨在通过培训过程中的实际操作、学员间的相互合作以及一对一的辅导增强组织或机构的管理技能。 The Cohort Program will include four intensive workshops over the course of one year. Between each workshop, participants will complete homework assignments and will receive support from other workshop participants, as well as coaching by Asia Catalyst staff. Travel expenses will be covered by Asia Catalyst. In addition, several participants from the third year of the Nonprofit Leadership Cohort will serve as assistant trainers during the 2016 programs. 发展能力团队培训将在一年中开展为期4次的系列性培训班。在每个培训班之间，为了使得学员有机会实践所学的各种技能，参训学员需要完成课后活动并给予其他学员相互支持，亚洲促进会项目人员也会给予每位参与者一定的辅导支持。在项目期间，亚洲促进会将提供差旅、住宿费用以及部分出差补贴。另外，2015年团队培训的部分学员将有机会作为助理培训师协助2016年团队培训的开展。 Asia Catalyst will select a cohort of eight organizations to participate in one year of quarterly trainings. Each training session will cover a new area of management skills and will review lessons from the previous training. The course will cover the following skills: 亚洲促进会将在申请者中挑选出一个由8个社区组织代表组成的培训团队，所有参与者将参加整个项目期的季度培训。每个季度一次的培训课程都将涵盖一个关于管理技能的题目，并对以前的培训课程予以复习。课程涵盖的内容包括以下几个方面： ➢ Strategic planning 战略规划 ➢ Organizational budgeting 机构预算编制 ➢ Staff and volunteer management 员工和志愿者管理 ➢ Fundraising basics 筹款的基本知识和方法 ➢ Target and alliance analysis 关注对象和合作伙伴分析 ➢ Persuasion skills 说服的能力 B. Eligibility Requirements 资格要求 The cohort is open to organizations working in the field of health rights, including groups working on below issues： 这个团队培训目前面向从事健康权益等方面工作的组织或机构，包括在以下方面从事工作的社区组织：  HIV/AIDS affected communities 受艾滋病影响的群体  Hepatitis and other infectious diseases 肝炎与其他传染病  LGBTQ communities 性少数人群的健康  Disabled persons’ health 残疾人士的健康  Other issues relating to the right to health 其他与健康权益相关的问题 Minimum requirements for each participant organization are: 每个申请组织需达到的最低要求为： ➢ A core team of staff and volunteers 一个由员工和志愿者组成的核心团队 ➢ In existence between 2－5 years 组织成立 2－5年之久 ➢ Some fundraising ability 具备一定的筹款能力 ➢ Some advocacy experience 具有一定的倡导经验 ➢ Ability to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses 能够鉴别组织自身的优势和不足 ➢ Willingness to change current organizational management practices 有意愿改进组织现有的管理问题 ➢ ability to participate in the full program period 能够全程参与整个项目 Please note that for this program Asia Catalyst will only provide travel, accommodation, per diems and training materials for one senior staff of each participant organization to attend all four training session. This program does not provide any other grant funds or compensation. 需要提醒的是，亚洲促进会仅向每个入选组织中的一名管理人员提供四期培训的交通、住宿、每日补贴和培训材料费用。这个项目不再提供任何其他资金补助或补偿。 C. Selection Process 审批过程 To apply, please fill out below application form and return it to info@asiacatalyst.org by January 30, 2015. After we have reviewed all applications we will contact suitable organizations for the next round of selection interviews. Our final selection will be announced in middle of February 2015. The first training will take place in April 2015. The application form is attached. 如有意申请，请将申请表于2015年1月30日以将申请表递交至info@asiacatalyst.org。在对所有的申请进行评估以后，我们将与合适的组织或机构联系进行下一轮的面试。最终入选的名单将于2015年2月中旬公布。第一期培训将在2015年4月举行。申请表请见附件。 Attention: Please note that organizations can only apply for the full Nonprofit Leadership Cohort training cycle and it is not possible to apply for single workshops. Once an organization has been selected to participate, attendance at all four quarterly trainings and participation in peer support and follow-up coaching is mandatory. Meanwhile, the participant selected by each organization needs to attend all four workshops; it is not possible to replace the representative throughout the duration of the Cohort. Each participant is required to share workshop contents with their organization after each workshop as the program aims to build capacity of each participating organization. 注意:提出申请的组织须申请参与所有非营利组织发展能力团队培 训而不是仅仅参加其中的某次单个课程。如果一个组织被选中参加培训，该组织须选派成员参与全部四个季度培训以及学员相互协助和后续辅导等活动。并且，四次培训须由同一人参加，中途不能换人。参与的学员须在培训后和机构分享所学知识及技能。此项目旨在提升机构整体能力，而非个人能力。 For questions please contact China Program Officer Miss.
