工作地点：灵活

工作职责：负责推动机构在中国的本土化发展与长期规划，通过统筹本地合作、拓展本土资源及联动跨部门协作，确保各项工作扎根实际并与机构在中国长期目标保持一致。主要职责包括：制定并落实本地合作与资源拓展的工作框架，推动重点项目规划与成效评估；建立并维护与本土企业、机构及关键人士的长期合作关系；探索具有本土特色的创新合作模式与资源渠道，提升机构可持续发展能力；推动跨部门协作与内外部资源整合，强化机构在本土的能力建设与社会影响力，助力机构在中国的稳健发展与项目落地。
