Salary: 13k to 16k/month

This position is vital for driving development projects in Asia and Oceania, ensuring their alignment with the ICF’s global objectives while meeting regional needs. The role supports high-performance hubs and fosters collaboration with national federations.

• Design and implement development projects that address regional needs and align with global objectives, ensuring Olympic Solidarity and other funding sources are made available to National Federations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective action plan delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate development initiatives, providing regular progress updates and building strong relationships with National Federations.

• Support the establishment of high-performance hubs in Asia and Oceania.

• Foster collaboration with national federations to strengthen athlete and coach pathways.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business

• Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum one year of professional experience in project management, sports management, or English language education.

• Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry are advantageous.

Native or near-native English proficiency (TEM-8 or IELTS 7.0-8.0 or TOEFL 100 or GRE 320); proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
