Duration: 6 months
Duties and Responsibilities:
The volunteer of WFP DPR Korea Support Unit, who will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Translating and editing office material;
Support on Travel and Administration;
Fax, scan, copy and printing documents;
Extract and input data from various sources in administrative, human resource, procurement and other WFP systems;
Set up, classify and maintain files;
Initiate and modify automated transactions;
Assist with day-to-day administration of contracts with external contractors;
Search for, retrieve, compile, assemble and archive a variety of statistical data
Information collection.
Help to organize class-room training if needed.
Perform other related duties as required.
Language:
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Chinese.
Skills and competencies:
Ability to work Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail) required for work; Ability to work in multi-cultural environment; Ability to meet deadlines; Comply with the rules and regulations of the organization and the team.
