Position: Supplier Coordinator Company: Shangrila Farms Responsibilities: Purchasing -Supplier Relationships / management -Make Sure there is regular stock of Shangrila Farms Products (ordering, stocking) - Product Development: Find / source new products, packaging; coordination with printer, source new suppliers -Maintain / Update Master Supply List (with any new suppliers) Finance / Legal -Weekly Operations Report -Coordinate With Accountant -Deposit Checks in the bank -Income / Expense -Management Of Company profit / Loss - Yearly Audit of HK and WOFE -Calculation Of Monthly Payroll -Other Financial responsibilities as needed -Coordinate With Lawyer -Search / Procurement of legal contracts -Due Diligence on potential partnerships -Management Of Legal issues that arise within company Cooridination -follow up with our development projects, such as drip irrigation project and beekeeping project Other -Participate In office events as needed -Support Of Sales Coordinator Role if the sales coordinator is absent Qualifications for the Role: - Fluent in Chinese, English not essential put a plus - Has a background in Food or related industry - Purchasing, Admin experience - Must have minimum 2 years working experience - Organized, hard working and efficient - Good interpersonal and communication skills More about us Shangrila Farms is a social enterprise that brings you the finest in natural products.
