Our mission is "To promote kindness to animals, to protect their health and welfare, to prevent cruelty and through education, to inspire in the community a deep respect for life so that all living creatures may live together in harmony." The Society is now seeking for high-caliber, team-oriented and self-motivated individual for the following position: - Responsibilities: Initiate, plan and execute effective strategies to promote animal welfare in China Plan, manage, and implement animal welfare educational programs to schools and universities across China; Develop and organize different campaigns and activities to inspire and raise the awareness of public on animal welfare; Build and maintain connections and relationship actively with various stakeholders in animals welfare field, including but not limited to government officials, lawyers, vet associations, professors, to accelerate legislation of animal welfare in China; Represent SPCA at conferences and animal welfare activities, answer media query; Supervise the junior team member; Requirements: Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals Desire and ability to make a change to improve animal welfare in China; Proven track record of arranging campaigns/activities, fundraising, or managing Corporate Social Responsibility activities; Good command of both Mandarin and English, Cantonese skills preferred but not essential; Excellent communications, presentation, organizational, administrative and budget management skills; Bachelor or master degree with at least 3 years working experience; Station in Shenzhen and require to travel around China
