14 April 2015 The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following two WASH Projects and Lots funded by SC: INAP Complementary Project: Strengthening of Water Supply System in Hongwon County, South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea – Reference: 2014/INAP-CWSS/Tender 03 Re-tender Lot 1: PE pipes and fittings Community Health Improvement and Food Access to Children, Yonggwang County, DPR Korea – Reference: 2015/DPRK/CHIFAC/P01 Lot 1: Civil Construction Materials (cement, iron bar etc.) Lot 2: Miscellaneous Construction Items. Lot 3: PE Pipes and Fittings Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, within 05 May 2015 for collecting the tender document for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and submission of tender documents. Interested supplier needs to collect separate tender document for each project and can bid for one or several lots. It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to warehouse of the Project in Hwongwon County and Yonggwang County, South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea, as specified in the tender document. Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances. The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 11 May 2015. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 12 May 2015 and Procurement Contract is expected to be signed with the successful bidder within 15 May 2015.
