Our Reference:2014/INAP-CWSS/Tender 03 INAP Complementary Project: Strengthening of Water Supply System in Hongwon County,South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the Qfollowing LOT for WASHProject funded by SC: Lot : PE pipes and fittings Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, within 26 January 2015 for collecting the tender document for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and submission of tender documents. It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to warehouse of the Project in Hwongwon County, South Hamgyong Province, DPRK. Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances.The supplier should note that the manufacturing of pipes has to be completed within 3 weeks of signing of contract and the delivery of goods should generally be within 3 weeks after quality confirmation from the quality testing laboratory. The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 6 February 2015. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 9 February 2015 and Procurement Contract will be signed with successful bidder within 28 February 2015.
