Integrated Health Project for Vulnurable Groups, Sinpo County, DPR Korea
The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following LOTS for WASHProject funded by SIDA:
Lot 1: PE pipes
Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, on25 August 2014for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and last day for submission of tender documents.
It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to warehouse of the Project in SinpoCounty. Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances.The supplier should note that the manufacturing of pipes should be in 3 weeks after the signing of contract. The delivery of Pipes shall be done in two weeks after the successful laboratory test.
The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on29 August 2014. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 01 and 02 September 2014 and Procurement Contract will be signed with successful bidder within04 September 2014. The interested supplier should submit the completed tender document in English language and quote the price in USD.
