Integrated Health Project for Vulnurable Groups, Sinpo County, DPR Korea
The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following LOTS for WASH Project funded by SIDA:
Lot 1: Construction materials (Cement, Iron bars etc.)
Lot 2: Miscellaneous Construction materials
Lot 3: PE pipes and fittings
Lot 4: GI pipes and fittings
Lot 5: Water Taps
Lot 6: Tools and Equipment
Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 08 May 2014 for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and last day for submission of tender documents.
It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to warehouse of the Project in Sinpo County. Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances. The supplier should note that the delivery of goods should generally be within 3 to 5 weeks after the signing of contract. The delivery of cement shall be done in two lots, the first lot within 3 to 5 weeks and the second lot within 3 months of contract signing.
The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 16 May 2014. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 19 and 20 May 2014 and Procurement Contract will be signed with successful bidder within 26 May 2014. The interested supplier should submit the completed tender document in English language and quote the price in USD.
