Integrated Nutrition Assistance Project in South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea

The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following LOTS for EC EuropeAid funded Project:

Lot 01: Excavator and spare parts

Lot 02: Construction materials (Cement, Iron bars etc.)

Lot 03: Construction materials (GI wire and other Items)

Lot 04: PE and GI pipes and fittings for Water Supply

Lot 05: Pumps, motors and electrical materials

Lot 06: Doors and Windows

Lot 07: Greenhouse Structural Materials

Lot 08: Glass for Greenhouse

Lot 09: Tools and equipment

Lot 10: Generator and Electrical Equipment for construction

Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, by 9 January 2014 for further details regarding tender documents, specifications, tender procedures and the tender deadlines.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to the warehouse of Project County specified in the tender document. Supplier will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances. The submission of tender shall be in Euros.

The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 24 January 2014. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 27 - 29 January 2014 and Procurement Contract will be signed with the successful bidder within 31 January 2014. It is expected that the delivery of materials will be on 03 March 2014.
