Agriculture and Natural Resource Management (ANRM) for Food Security in South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea
The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following LOTS for EC EuropeAid funded ANRM Project:
Lot 1: Construction materials (Cement, Iron bars etc.)
Lot 2: Steel frames and accessories
Lot 3: Glass
Lot 4: Doors and Windows
Lot 5: Water supply and irrigation materials
Lot 6: Construction tools
Lot 7: Greenhouse Cover
Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, by 20 January 2012 for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and the tender deadlines.
It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to the warehouse of Project County (SinPo, Hamhung, Jongpyong and Yonggwang as specified). Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances and EUPS Unit 2 cannot take any responsibility for such clearances.
The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 31 January 2012. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 01 – 07 February 2012 and Procurement Contract will be signed with the successful bidder within 07 February 2012. It is expected that the delivery of materials will be on 07 March 2012.
