[8.20]中英教育剧场论坛之了解儿童心理特征，帮助儿童健康发展

儿童的心理现象、心理过程有其独特的规律和特征。面对同样的事物，儿童的心理反应和成年人有时相去甚远。成人习惯于从自身的角度，依照自己的生活经验去理解孩子，有时会产生误读。家长要学会从儿童的角度去看待儿童，学会换位思考。如果不能深刻地了解儿童，就很难实现适宜的有效的教育。
前苏联著名心理学家维果斯基认为：儿童是在和成人的合作交往中发展的，儿童的发展有着“最近发展区”。所谓“最近发展区”是指儿童现实发展水平和潜在发展水平之间有一个因人而异的发展空间。教育就是要使这个空间充盈饱和，因此他主张“教育要走在发展的前面”。怎样的教育才能使儿童充分地释放潜能呢？本次讲座将在理论探讨的同时，提供优化家庭教育的建议和方法。
Knowing Children’s psychology helps them develop healthily
Children’s psychological phenomenon and process have its very own pattern and characteristic. Children’s psychological response towards things is very different from adults’. Parents tend to understand kids based on their own angle and experience, which might create misunderstanding. Parents should look at them from children’s angle. If we cannot understand children in a deep way, noneffective education is created.

Former Soviet Union’s psychologist Vygotsky thinks children are developed through collaborating with adults. The zone of proximal development means a space between the current development and the potential development of the kids. Education tends to rich this space, so he declares “education should be way ahead the development”. How to release children’s potentials? This speech is going to focus on that and also the suggestions and approaches toward supreme family education.

幼儿教育知名学者，国家计生委早期教育专家。蔡景昆先生专注于幼儿心理发展和社会性发展的研究。曾受多家出版社之邀，参与并主持幼儿图书、教材的策划与编写。经常受地方教委和幼教机构的邀请，就幼儿教育问题发表演讲和讲座。先后在北京、天津、南京、重庆、成都、吉林、厦门、河北、广西、山东、辽宁、内蒙、哈尔滨 等全国几十个省市进行过近百场儿童教育讲座，收到热烈的反响和广泛的好评。新浪、搜狐、北京电视台、新京报等媒体曾多次就儿童教育相关问题对蔡景昆教授进行采访，并制作访谈节目和专家视频讲座。

Dr. Caijingkun is focused on researching early psychological development and social development. He has been invited to participate in as well as preside over the planning and editing of children’s books and textbooks. Local Board of Education and Early Childhood Education Institutions often invite him to make speeches and lectures about Early Childhood Education.
