Agriculture and Natural Resource Management (ANRM) for Food Security in South Hamgyong Province, DPR Korea

The European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 2, working in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), invites interested suppliers to submit tender application for the following LOTS for EC EuropeAid funded ANRM Project:

Lot 1: Construction materials (Cement, Iron bars etc.)

Lot 2: Steel frames and accessories

Lot 3: Glass

Lot 4: Doors and Windows

Lot 5: Water supply and irrigation materials

Lot 6: Construction tools

Interested suppliers should contact EUPS Unit 2 office by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 22 July 2011 for further details regarding specifications, tender procedures and last day for collection of tender documents.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to the warehouse of Project County (SinPo, Hamhung, Jongpyong and Yonggwang as specified). Therefore, they will be responsible for arranging all the transportation and custom clearances and EUPS Unit 2 cannot take any responsibility for such clearances.

The last day for the submission of tender applications will be by close of business, 17:00 hours, on 01 August 2011. Tender Opening and Evaluations will be on 02 August 2011 and Procurement Contract will be signed with successful bidder within 05 August 2011. It is expected that the delivery of materials will be on 05 Sept 2011.
