ʘ 活动主办方介绍

   小天使行动基金，英文名称LITTLE ANGELS ACTION FUND (简称LAA)，是2008年在中国青少年发展基金会及社会各界人士的支持下成立的专项基金。基金一直致力于关注青少年的心灵成长，为青少年参与社会服务、自主创意并实施公益活动提供支持性平台。在推动校际、城乡、国际间的青少年交流合作，尤其是在支持西部贫困地区青少年美育教育发展上，取得了阶段性成果。

ʘ 活动介绍

为实现《联合国儿童权利公约》中所规定的儿童的发展权和参与权，小天使行动基金发起了A-Action项目，它是一项支持青少年参与实践活动的倡导与行动计划。

ʘ 活动目标

1、为青少年创造一个独立思考、自主行动、参与社会实践的平台；

2、激发青少年积极主动参与社会实践；

3、提高青少年的社会适应能力、社会责任感，促进青少年公民意识的形成。 

ʘ 活动实施领域

青少年希望采取行动去关注或改善的社会问题或事件。例如环境保护、动物保护、政策建议、食品与健康、农民工及其子女、社会企业、志愿活动、社区服务与建设、非物质文化遗产保护、可持续发展、文化艺术、企业社会责任、助残、助学、扶贫、权益维护等等。

ʘ 计划书提交方式及截止日期

    通过www.laafund.org进行在线团队注册、在线填写并提交，年度项目计划书提交截止时间为2011年2月28日。同时，基金网站提供相关的申请指南、计划书申请范例，以及A-Action项目Q&A，供各团队撰写计划书参考。

ʘ 资助奖励名额及额度

    →每个团队申报项目限一项；

→公益创想资助限额为5000元人民币；

→受资助项目均可得到相关领域专家指导；

→依据受资助项目实施情况评选出：

  A.天使项目（数量待定），可参加天使成长营及中外青少年交流活动；

  B.优秀项目（数量待定），颁发A-Action中国青少年公益创想证书。

ʘ Project background information

With the aim of helping children to realise their legal rights to Development and Participation as stipulated in the "Convention on the Rights of the Child", the Little Angels Action Fund (LAA) launched the A-Action Project, an action plan aiming at advocating on positive youth participation in activities and events.

ʘ Project objectives

1. To create a platform to allow young people to get involved in social activities involving independent thinking and action;

2. To inspire young people to participate in social activities actively;

3. To strengthen young people’s ability to function well in society, gain a sense of social responsibility, and build citizenship awareness.

ʘ Project scope

Issues or problems with which young people feel concerned, and wish to take action to improve. This may include environmental protection, animal protection, policy recommendations, food and health issues, migrant-workers and their children, social enterprises, voluntary activities, community service and construction, protection of intangible cultural heritage, sustainable development, arts and culture, corporate social responsibility, helping the disabled, teaching-support, poverty-alleviation, rights-protection and so on.

8-18 years;

We encourage team-work, so, please, find some friends (2+) who would like to do the same thing to build your action-team.

The deadline for application to A-Action 2011 is February 28st.

ʘ Funding details

→One application per team;

→Up to 5,000 yuan of financial support for each application；

→Each supported technical activity will be given technical support from a relevant experts；

→Funding will be based on implementation：

A. Angel project，will have the chance to participate in a summer camp and regional/international exchanges;

B. Excellent project, will get an A-Action certification.
