Save the Children UK, locally known as European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit Two in The Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK) invites suppliers who are interested in providing any of the following items to contact EUPS Unit Two for further details.

For delivery to Tanchon County, South Hamgyong Province, DPRK.

Materials required and Lots:

Lot 1: Construction materials (Cement, iron bars etc.)

Lot 2: Tools

Lot 3: Tractors

Any interested supplier should contact the EUPS Unit Two office by close of business (17:00 hours 7th of March 2011) for further details, regarding exact specifications, tendering procedures and collection of tender documents.

Interested parties should note that the delivery time from signing the contract is between three to five weeks.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to the warehouse of Tanchon County in DPRK. Therefore they will be responsible for arranging all transportation and custom clearances. EUPS Unit Two cannot take any responsibility for transportation and custom clearances.

The last date for tender submission will be close of business on 17:00 hours 15th of March 2011. The Tender opening will be on 16th of March 2011 and contract will be signed with successful bidder within 21st of March 2011 with a delivery date of third week of April.
