[申请截至9.30]消除性别暴力项目雅芳奖

12321美国驻华使馆很高兴地宣布一项通过赠款或合作协议的资助项目：消除性别暴力计划雅芳奖 (DOC-53KB).。
雅芳基金会正与美国国务院合作，为打击基于性别的暴力行为（性别暴力）向“国务卿妇女和女童国际基金”捐款50万美元。这一竞争项目为中国本地非政府组织打击性别暴力计划提供高达50,000美元的赠款。
取决于项目活动和设计，奖项为期1至2年。
本项目申请须用英语提交所附申请表格 (DOC-47KB)，并不得超过七（7）页，单行距12磅字体。作为附录，除提案外，申请者还必须以MS Excel格式提交一份成本计划或预算。
带有附件的提案必须通过电子邮件提交给使馆的HuHX@state.gov和TurleyMA@state.gov，或传真至010-8531-4848。为了满足上述宣布的最后期限，大使馆必须在北京当地的时间2010年9月30日晚上11:59前收到提案。
ANNOUNCEMENT: AVON AWARD FOR THE ELIMINATION OF GENDER BASED VIOLENCE PROGRAM
U.S. Embassy Beijng is pleased to announce a funding opportunity through grants or cooperative agreements to the Avon Award for the Elimination of Gender Based Violence program (DOC-53KB).
The Avon Foundation is partnering with the U.S. Department of State by contributing $500,000 to the Secretary\'s International Fund for Women and Girls for programs which combat gender based violence (GBV). This competitive program offers grants of up to U.S. $50,000 to indigenous non-governmental organizations for programs which combat gender based violence in China.
Awards will be for the period of one to two years depending upon project activity and design.
Applications to this program should be submitted in English using theattached application form (DOC-47KB) and be no longer than seven (7) pages, single spaced in 12 point font. As an appendix and in addition to the proposal, applicants must submit a cost schedule or budget in MS Excel format.
Proposals with attachments must be submitted to the Embassy by email to HuHX@state.gov and TurleyMA@state.gov or fax 010-8531-4848. To meet the announcement deadline, submissions must be received by the Embassy on September 30, 2010 by 11:59pm local Beijing time.
