我们是NPI公益组织发展中心凤巢团队，受上海市民政局委托，管理运营上海市社会创新孵化园，作为一个政府、企业和公益机构密切沟通合作的平台，我们将通过促迚跨界合作来支持社会创新，培育能够授人以渔的公益性社会组织，尤其是助残和扶助弱势群体的社会企业，同时探索残障人士在现代服务业中的全新就业模式，也为公众提供了解残障人士真实世界的机会。
我们主张，平等关爱，合作分享，

At NPI, a non-profit organization, a faction called the Nest Team is in charge of developing and running the Shanghai Social Innovation Park, a not for profit project. This project aims to inspire cooperation and communication within several sectors of society, the government, enterprises, social enterprises, and NGOs. It strives to bolster social endeavors that not only provide the disadvantaged with fish but teach them how to fish.
The Nest Team is also dedicated to exploring original ways to employ the challenged and ultimately provide opportunities for the public to become familiar with their lives.

上海市社会创新孵化园简介
为搭建政府、企业、社会企业、公益机构和学术机构间跨界合作交流的平台，推劢社会创新，为给残障人士提供就业实训及融入社会的机会，上海市民政局主办，上海浦东非营利组织发展中心（NPI）承办的“上海市社会创新孵化园”（以下简称孵化园）诞生了。
孵化园充分整合各种社会资源，联合上海多家公益机构和企业，以合作经营方式推出了设计事务所、保健按摩中心，黑暗中的对话工作坊、烘焙坊和咖啡吧、智障人士绿植服务中心和聋哑人士保洁服务中心等残障人士实训和就业基地。同时孵化园设有展览区、会议室和多功能厅向企业和社会公众开放，可以为各种展览、沙龙、论坛、会议等活劢提供场地。另外，孵化园还特意设计了“公益心体验”项目，为企业开展CSR活劢提供选择，让员工志愿者和热心公众体验公益活劢及奉献爱心。
孵化园欢迎所有热爱公益、热心社会创新的人士到孵化园交流访问，无论您是个人、企业戒是社会企业，无论您来自什么行业，只要您有公益之心，您就能在这里找到自己的舞台。您可以实践公益性社会企业的创业规划，可以和各行各业的朋友交流思想，也可以利用这里的空间发起您自己的活劢，还可以报名参加精彩的培训，更可选择自己感兴趣的项目成为一名志愿者……

Introduction to Social Innovation Park (The Nest)
With the purpose of helping physically and mentally challenged people better integrate into social life, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau has developed the Shanghai Social Innovation Park (referred to as The Nest) project. NPI, entrusted by Bureau of Civil Affairs, will operate The Nest with the intention of helping NGOs develop communication between government, enterprise, social enterprise, volunteers and other NGOs, and to facilitate social innovation.
The Nest partners with other NGOs and enterprises to set up activities and projects. Examples of these include a design office, a blind massage parlor, Dialogue-in-the Dark workshop, a bakery and café, and a practicing and training area for the challenged. The Nest has also designed the “Loving Heart” project, for enterprise employees and the challenged to carry out interaction events. These exhibitions, salons, seminars and conferences can be held at The Nest in the exhibition area, meeting rooms, and the multi-function room.
If you have a heart for non-profit, you can find your stage at The Nest. The Nest welcomes everyone who is interested in civil society development: individuals, enterprises, and NGOs included. Here you can exchange your creative ideas with people from all walks of life and carry out your own activities. You can also participate in our training programs or even become a volunteer in the programs you are interested in…
The Nest is a great refreshing site in the city. You can enjoy espresso and a tasty pastry, have a relaxing massage, see enlightening exhibitions, listen to speeches on public welfare, participate in a bakery course, enjoy Community Theater, or take a handicraft workshop… Come here and you will be surprised and touched.
