Save the Children UK, locally known as European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit Two in The Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK) invites suppliers who are interested in providing any of the following items to contact EUPS Unit Two for further details.

For delivery to Tanchon County, South Hamgyong Province, DPRK

Items Required:

PVC Pipes (HDPE) and related fittings

Any interested supplier should contact the EUPS Unit Two office by close of business 17:00 hours until 10th of May 2010 for further details, regarding exact specifications, tendering procedures and collection of tender documents.

Interested parties should note that the delivery time from signing the contract is between three to five weeks.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the goods to the warehouse of Project County. Therefore they will be responsible for arranging all transportation and customs clearances. EUPS Unit Two cannot take any responsibility for transportation and customs clearances.

The last date for tender submission will be close of business on 17:00 hours 13th of May 2010. The Tender opening will be on 14th of May 2010 and contract will be signed with successful bidder within 17th of May 2010 with a delivery date of 2nd week of June 2010.
