当前和今后一个时期，我国仍然处在经济社会发展的重要战略机遇期和社会矛盾凸现期。如何有效化解经济社会发展中的这些冲突，乃是保证社会经济持续健康发展的当务之急。在大力加强法制建设的同时，运用沟通和调解的技巧有效化解冲突，对构建和谐社会具有非常重要的积极意义。

国际著名的纠纷调解和冲突化解资深专家、2002年获诺贝尔和平奖提名奖获得者罗伯特·伊万斯教授和爱丽丝·伊万斯教授共同创办的美国鏫铧学会（Plowshares Institute），多年来致力于冲突调解和转化的研究与实践，总结出了一套有效化解冲突的方法和技巧，并在多个地区的国际性冲突调解中取得了很好的效果。2009年，两位教授与香港智库思汇政策研究所营运总监叶溵溵将这套“危机管理”培训课程成功地引进中国，并已在上海、南京等地举办了初级培训班，反响热烈。

2010年3月，美国鏫铧学会（Plowshares Institute）、香港智库思汇政策研究所、“妇女观察”（Women\'s Watch-China，隶属原北京大学妇女法律研究与服务中心）、北京大学中国宗教与社会研究中心将在北京合作举办“危机管理”初级培训班，敬邀各位报名参加。

关于北京地区初级培训班，具体安排如下：

1、时间：2010年3月19-21日（3天），9：00-21：00

2、地点：朝阳区北四环东路西藏大厦（地铁惠新西街北口站A口出，向西50米即到）

3、讲师：罗伯特·伊万斯教授、爱丽丝·伊万斯教授及叶溵溵小姐

1、费用：培训、餐饮、住宿均免费，交通费用自理

            （我们将为学员提供3月19日和20日两个晚上的住宿，双人标间）

 美国鏫铧学会（Plowshares Institute）执行总监罗伯特·伊万斯教授和写作与案例研究总监爱丽丝·伊万斯教授是国际上享有盛誉的研究纠纷调解和冲突化解的资深专家，为世界许多国家、地区担任顾问。他们积极参与国际社会冲突化解，如南非冲突、乌干达危机化解、东帝汶冲突调解等，并出版了《冲突调解的技巧》、《调解工作者的培训》等多部著作。鉴于罗伯特·伊万斯教授在化解国际社会冲突中的杰出贡献，他于2002年获诺贝尔和平奖提名奖。

香港思汇政策研究所运营总监叶溵溵小姐作为鏫铧学会在中国香港地区的合作伙伴，以合作讲师（co-trainer) 的身份长期与伊万斯教授合作开展在中国香港及大陆地区的危机管理培训。叶溵溵小姐毕业于英国伦敦政经学院，拥有国际关系硕士学位，并是NLP高级执行师。近年，她专注会议设计、咨询、培训等工作。

鏫铧学会于2009年3月正式展开其中国危机管理培训项目，先后与香港思汇政策研究所、南京大学、爱德基金会、上海社科院、上海师范大学、中国社科院、中国国家外国专家局等机构的相关人士进行了开展危机管理培训的项目磋商，并在上海、南京两地成功举办了初级培训班，受到参训者的热烈欢迎和高度评价。美国鏫铧学会还计划结合中国的案例出版中文版的培训教材《和平技巧——小区领袖指引》。

 

In the coming period, China will meet many development opportunities and social conflicts. How to effectively resolve conflicts is vital for the socio-economic development. While strengthening the legal system, we should utilize skills for communication and mediation to resolve the conflicts. Such skills are vital for building a harmonious society.

Plowshares Institute, co-founded by Professor Robert A. Evans and Professor Alice Evans who were nominated for 2002 to 2004 for the Nobel prize, has been dedicated to conflict mediation research and practice for several years and developed a set of effective methods successfully applied all over the world to resolve conflicts.  In 2009, Professors Evans in collaboration with Yanyan Yip, the chief operating officer of Civic Exchange, Hong Kong’s independent non-profit think tank, have successfully introduced the crisis and risk management training courses into China. They have held the course in Shanghai and Nanjing and gained a good response.

In March 2010, Plowshares Institute, Civic Exchange, Women\'s Watch-China, and the Center for the Study of Chinese Religion and Society at Peking University will co-organize the training course in Beijing on Crisis and Risk Management for a Harmonious Society. The following is the detailed information for the course.
