Concern Worldwide, locally known as European Union Programme Support (EUPS) Unit 3 in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea invites suppliers who are interested in providing any of the following items to contact EUPS Unit 3 for further details.

For delivery to County warehouse, Hoichang County, South Pyongan Province, DPR Korea

Project reference 1066/ DEWATS’010 & items required under 4 lots:

Lot 1: UPVC pipe & fittings,

Lot 2: Construction materials and hand tools,

Lot 3: Latrines construction materials

Lot 4: Mechanical equipments

Project reference 1065/ REES’010 & items required under 2 lots:

Lot 1: UPVC pipe and fittings

Lot 2: Construction materials

Any supplier interested should contact the EUPS Unit 3 by email for further details regarding exact specifications, tendering procedures and collection of tender documents.

Interested parties should note that the delivery time from signing the contract is 30 days.

It will be the responsibility of the supplier to transport the supplies to the project county. Therefore they will be responsible for arranging all transportation and customs clearances. EUPS Unit 3 cannot take any responsibility for transportation and customs clearance.

The last date for tender submission will be close of business on 17.30 hours 18^th February 2010. The Tender opening will be on 19^thof February for reference 1065/REES’010 and 26^th of February for reference 1066/DEWATS’010 and contract will be signed with successful bidder within one week from tender opening date.
