If so, then you might be a match for our role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based either in India or China or Indonesia


What you can expect:


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts across Asia and other regions, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the right talent to achieve its goals. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job descriptions to finalizing hires, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and People & Talent teams to implement innovative sourcing strategies and optimize workflows. Your contributions will shape forward-thinking recruitment processes, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen Preferred by Nature’s employer brand. This role offers opportunities to influence strategic talent acquisition practices, mentor team members, and contribute to a mission-driven global organization.


Working with us is never routine so the first year you can expect the following areas to be central to your work.


Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Asia and other regions, from identifying job vacancies and crafting job descriptions to evaluating candidates and finalizing hires.

Partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Talent team to align recruitment efforts with business goals, ensuring efficiency and quality in every step of the hiring process.

Take the lead in developing and executing active sourcing strategies, including leveraging LinkedIn, building a robust talent pipeline, and exploring new channels for candidate attraction.

Utilize and enhance the recruitment system, TeamTailor, to streamline processes, improve reporting, and create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Implement and refine advanced assessment tools, such as personality tests, and introduce creative approaches to boost candidate attraction and improve onboarding processes.

Build strong connections with external recruitment partners, negotiate salaries, and contribute to establishing Preferred by Nature as a top employer in the sustainability sector.

Your first year with us


Within three months, you will:


Gain a thorough understanding of Preferred by Nature’s recruitment processes, tools like TeamTailor, and People & Talent guidelines; establish strong working relationships with hiring managers and People & Talent staff.

Take on key tasks in the recruitment lifecycle, such as job postings, resume screenings, coordinating interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates.

Begin implementing active sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.


Within six months, you will:


Fully manage recruitment processes for assigned roles, including candidate evaluations, salary negotiations, and refining workflows for efficiency.

Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational hiring needs.

Lead improvements in recruitment processes, leveraging TeamTailor and other tools to enhance the candidate experience and hiring manager support.


Within one year, you will:


Drive recruitment strategy across Asia and other regions, aligning efforts with business objectives; strengthen relationships with external recruitment partners.

Establish a robust talent pipeline by implementing innovative sourcing techniques and leveraging personality assessments and tools for candidate evaluation.

Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, continuously improving recruitment practices, mentoring team members, and enhancing Preferred by Nature’s employer brand.

Important that you:


Have worked with recruitment / talent acquisition primarily online for at least three years

Are passionate about recruitment/ talent acquisition

Have recruitment/ talent acquisition experience in an international context

Have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter

Can manage details but also think creatively as well as handling competing priorities while working both independently and as part of a team

Have an outstanding English and be able to communicate fluently in writing and verbally

Have strong customer service skills/orientation: ability and willingness to find out what hiring managers wants and needs and to act accordingly

Would also be great, but not necessary if you:


Have a wide knowledge of job platforms in Asia and globally

Have practical experience with referral programs

Bring proven examples of employer branding campaigns that you have been part of

Experience with Internship programs, university relations, job fairs etc.
