一、 CSR咨询顾问

负责咨询项目的计划与实施，完成各类项目报告与演示文件，并与客户保持紧密沟通。带领或参与团队的专项课题调研，书写调研分析报告。主导或参与服务模板和工具的开发。

Ø 5-8年以上工作经验，对企业运作与管理具备一定认知和见解；拥有CSR专业知识或实践经验者优先考虑；

Ø 娴熟、沉稳的专业服务态度和沟通技巧，擅长多角度思考问题和综合归纳；

Ø 对客户需求具有敏锐洞察力和判断力，不断自我学习和更新对行业发展趋势的认识；

Ø 具备调查、研究和分析能力，以及优秀的中英文写作与口头表达能力；

Ø 必备出色的媒介关系管理和沟通技能

Ø 擅长项目管理、策划和实施，既能独立承担项目执行，又能配合团队共同完成既定任务；

二、 CSR研究项目主管

负责调研项目的规划与实施，包括选题、数据资料采集、合作伙伴联络、分析报告书写和结论展示。为咨询项目提供准确信息和分析报告。主导或参与服务模板和工具的开发。

Ø 五年以上工作实践经验，对企业运作与管理具备一定认知和见解；具有两年以上社会性课题研究经验者优先考虑； 

Ø 丰富的活动策划管理经验

Ø 娴熟掌握各类调研分析方法和文字综合能力，熟练使用SPSS等统计分析软件；

Ø 对客户需求具有敏锐洞察力和判断力，不断自我学习和更新对行业发展趋势的认识；

Ø 优秀的中英文写作与口头表达能力，能够独立完成调研分析报告的书写与演示；

Ø 工作态度严谨，认真，对所从事的事业执着而富有激情；

Ø 本科以上学历，研究生学位优先考虑。

三、 CSR咨询项目助理

为咨询项目提供全面支持，包括项目进度和流程跟进，与客户的日常沟通，资料搜集和分析，协助完成项目报告和展示文件书写及翻译。 参与有关活动（研讨会、工作坊）的策划与执行。

Ø 一到两年工作实践经验，具备从事咨询行业的潜力和素质；

Ø 良好的协调、沟通、组织能力，有效协助咨询项目的跟进与执行；

Ø 中英文写作与表达能力俱佳；

Ø 熟练使用MS Office, Photoshop, Dreamweaver 等软件；

Ø 高度的自我驱动能力和学习能力；

Ø 热情、积极、乐观、勤奋、思维敏捷，富有创造性与责任感。

Company Overview

In recent years, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become the focus of attention of the whole society. Various academic groups, governmental and non-governmental organizations have embarked on research and promotion in this field. Meanwhile, multi-national corporations, state-owned enterprises together with private companies are now making great efforts in putting CSR into practice.

Following this trend, “Corporate Citizenship in Action” (CCiA) was established as China’s first CSR research and consulting firm dedicated to helping companies to put CSR into practice with better effectiveness and efficiency. Holding strong belief in the unity of knowledge and action, we are focused on CSR concept promotion and corporate practice by providing the most suitable and customized solutions for various companies, both multinational and local business sectors. CSR Consultant

CSR consultant is responsible for planning and implementation of consulting projects, completing various project reports and presentation, communicating with clients, leading or participating in special research project, writing research reports, as well as leading or participating in the development of service model and tools.

* Up to five or eight years’ working experience, with good understanding of company’s operational and functional management; preference given to those with CSR knowledge or practical experience;

* Adept and matured attitude in professional service, excellent inter-personal skills, good at multi-dimensional thinking and induction;

* Sharp insight and judgment in client’s needs, competency in continuous self-learning and renewal of understanding in the trends of CSR development;

* Strong capability in doing research, study, and analysis;

* Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English;

* Good at project management, planning and implementation; capable of executing independently while playing active and instrumental role in a team;

* Prudent, conscientious, dedicated to the undertakings with passion and commitment;

* Bachelor’s degree or above, preference given to post-graduates.

CSR Research Project Leader

CSR research project leader is responsible for planning and implementation of research projects, including topic selection, gathering data and materials, connecting with partners, writing analysis reports, and presentation of conclusions. He/she also supplies information and analysis reports for consulting projects, and leading or participating in the development of service model and tools.

* Up to five-years working experience, with good understanding of company’s operational and functional management; Preference given to those with two-year research experience on social subject;

* Adept at investigation approach, skilled at using statistics-analyzing softwares such as SPSS;

* Sharp insight and judgment in client’s needs, competency in continuous self-learning and renewal of understanding in the trends of CSR development;

* Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English, capability in completing the draft and demonstration of investigation report independently;

* Prudent, conscientious, dedicated to the undertakings with passion and commitment;

* Bachelor’s degree or above, preference given to post-graduates.

Project Assistant

Project assistant supports consulting projects, including project follow-up, daily communication with clients, gathering and analyzing materials, assisting in writing and translating projects reports and presentations. He/she also participates in planning and implementation of relevant activities such as seminar and workshop.

* Up to one or two years’ working experience, demonstrating potential and quality in working for consulting firm;

* Excellent capability in coordination, communication and organizing, to assist project follow-up and implementation effectively;

* Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Chinese and English;

* Skilled at using MS Office, Photoshop and Dream weaver softwares;

* Highly self-motivating and quick-learning skills;

* Passionate, progressive, optimistic, hard-working, good sense of responsibility and details-oriented;

* Bachelor’s degree or above, preference given to post-graduates.
